Smite-the-Unbeliever-with-Cunning-Arguments is Constable Visit-the-Infidel-with-Explanatory-Pamphlets's co-religionist. Like Visit, he is an Omnian and evangelist who hands out Omnian leaflets to anything remotely sentient. The reader never actually meets him, only knowing of his existence in passing reference in conjunction with Visit. Presumably s/he may be great at argumentation but considering that the subject is religion, any skill at such may be considered useless.
