Teemer and Spools are the best printers in Ankh-Morpork, possibly on the Discworld. The firm is run by Mr. Teemer and Mr. Spools. As Mr. Groat points out in Going Postal, they do all the posh printing for the banks. They employ the latest techniques, using Chemical voids, Thaumic shadows, timed ink, biothaumic imaging, change the print run often and use special inks to make forging difficult, which is why noted forger, conman and newly appointed Postmaster, Moist von Lipwig chooses them to produce the first stamps. In addition, Moist points out that they are the kind of establishment where you can actually speak to the person whose name is on the door, which (according to their prime customer, anyway) means the place isn't run by crooks. For Teemer and Spools, "the best we can do" means a leap above superb. They are more or less the city's official printer, once they become printers for both the Ankh-Morpork Post Office and the Ankh-Morpork Mint.

Jimmy Yuill played Mr. Spools in the 2010 British TV mini-series Going Postal.
